Job Description
We seek a person with enthusiasm and talent to join our Affiliate and Performance team to manage and optimize the campaigns of the various countries in which we operate (Spain, Italy, Germany, Mexico, etc)
The candidate will work in an area which plays a significant part of the company’s commercial strategy and will actively contribute on the following:

  • Define and implement strategy to grow both 3rd party affiliate channel (i.e. Zanox, TradeDoubler,…) and direct partnerships with final client
  • Negotiate commercial deals with affiliate partners on an international basis and assist setting them live
  • Manage relationship with affiliate partners and coordinate with in-house departments (i.e. Campaigns, Legal and IT) as needed
  • Maximize traffic and revenues coming from affiliate partners within efficiency targets, which will require ongoing monitoring and optimization of results
  • Provide affiliates with relevant marketing materials and develop incentives for further growth
  • Campaigns optimization processes and methodologies
  • Ability to interpret indicators, profitability, business, campaign, network.
Skills and knowledge desired

Competencies and skills:

  • Deep knowledge of online performance campaigns (CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA)
  • Strong ability to build and manage commercial relationships, close strategic partnerships and attracting new customers
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proven ability to deliver returns on online partner marketing investments
  • Experience in managing direct clients and setting up campaigns

Desired Skills:

  • A true team worker with excellent relationship and communication skills, developing effective co-operation mechanisms with local and international teams
  • Experience in RTB platforms
  • Experience in different markets, preferably European and South American
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
